The duration of the visit is approximately 1.5 hours.

Groups

Groups consist of approximately 25 people plus the guide. This is not fixed and could be larger or smaller depending on logistics or any circumstance that would prevent us from doing so exceptionally. In no case will they exceed 30 people + guide.

For logistical reasons, availability or other circumstances, the schedule could vary, notifying you in advance of this circumstance. If this were to occur in any case, the client may accept or cancel and be refunded 100% of the amount, this contract being voided. If accepted, the initial contracting conditions will be accepted again.

Required documentation

• It is essential to provide name, surname and ID / Passport at the time of making the reservation. You can also send your data to the email address customerservice@nhue.es.
• On the day of the visit you must carry the original identity document that you provided at the time of making the reservation.
• The digital voucher is valid. It does not replace your identity document and is not a ticket.

Before the visit

• Presentation at the meeting point 15 min. before the start of the tour.
• All participants, regardless of age, must have a ticket reservation; otherwise, they will not be allowed access.

During the visit

• No liquids or food can be brought inside the monument.
• No special clothing is required.
• The visit will be conducted in a single language, the one selected at the time of purchase, and it will not be possible to modify it under any circumstances.

Accessibility

• The tour is not fully adapted for people with mobility restrictions, so they may not be particularly suitable routes for people with mobility problems and we do not recommend it, in some cases. Since the monument itself is not adapted for wheelchairs, people with crutches or other types of mobility aids.
• Due to the age of the buildings, strollers are not allowed for this tour. We recommend parents bring a baby carrier during the visit.

Look for the fountain in the center of the square, and on one side, among the trees, you will find a statue of John Paul II. Our guide will be waiting for you with a small red flag in hand. Tell them your name and they will have it on the list.

Cancellation policy

According to the official regulations published by the Board of Trustees of the Royal Alcázar of Seville, in its latest revision, issued tickets do not admit refund, nor can they be cancelled, modified or rescheduled.

Cancellation conditions

As a consequence of this regulation, the cancellation policies to be taken into account, without exceptions of any kind are:

• If the cancellation is made between the day of booking and up to 4 days before the tour, the costs will be €19 per adult.
• No refund will be made if the cancellation occurs 4 days or less before the tour and up to the start time of the visit.
• It is non-refundable not to show up for the visit, arrive late or not bring the original passport or ID with which the reservation was made.
• Cancellations or modifications may be made in case of a health alert that affects the closure of the monument.

There are no exceptional situations to apply in the cancellation conditions that modify the cancellation and refund criteria indicated in these points.

How to request a cancellation

To request total or partial cancellation in accordance with these cancellation policies, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es and we will proceed to cancel and refund according to the date of receipt of said email, as a reference date.

If you have made a reservation in ON HOLD / ON WAITING LIST status, you must take into account the following conditions:

How the waiting list works

If when searching for your visit you notice that there is no availability and it appears as sold out, you can click on the ‘Notify me’ option. In this way, you can register on the waiting list for free. Once we move to the list and there is availability, you will receive a notice by message or email. Through the link provided in said message, you can make the purchase of the tickets normally.

Cancellation of the waiting list

If you are no longer interested in the visit that is on the waiting list, simply ignore our message. If you wish to cancel your registration on the waiting list, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es indicating that you wish to leave the waiting list, along with your name and surname as holder and the cancellation request.

Important conditions

• It is important to keep in mind that registering on the waiting list does not guarantee entry, as it is subject to the availability existing at the time.
• Once the visit date has passed, you will be automatically removed from the waiting list to avoid future communications related to this reservation.
