The duration of the tour is approximately 3 hours.

Groups

Regular groups consist of approximately 30 people plus the guide. This is not fixed and could be larger or smaller depending on logistics or any circumstance that exceptionally prevents us from doing so. In no case will they exceed 30 people + guide.

For logistical reasons, availability or other circumstances, the schedule could vary, notifying you in advance of this circumstance. If this occurs in any case, the customer may accept or cancel and receive a 100% refund of the amount, with this contract being void. If accepted, the initial contracting conditions will be accepted again.

Required Documentation

• It is essential to provide name, surname and ID / Passport at the time of booking. You can also send your details to the email address customerservice@nhue.es.
• On the day of the visit you must bring the original identity document that you provided at the time of booking.
• The digital voucher is valid. It does not replace your identity document and is not an entrance ticket.

Before the Visit

• Arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour starts.
• All participants, regardless of age, must have an entrance reservation; otherwise, they will not be allowed access.

During the Visit

• Liquids or food are not allowed inside the monument.
• No special clothing is required. But be respectful in places of worship.
• The tour will be conducted in a single language, the one selected at the time of purchase, and it will not be possible to modify it under any circumstances.

Accessibility

• The tour is not fully adapted for people with mobility restrictions, so it may not be especially suitable routes for people with mobility problems and we do not recommend it in some cases. Since the monument itself is not adapted for wheelchairs, people with crutches or other types of mobility aids.
• Due to the age of the buildings, strollers are not allowed for this tour. We recommend parents bring a baby carrier during the visit.

Look for the fountain in the center of the square and, on one side, among the trees, you will find a statue of John Paul II. Our guide will be waiting for you with a red flag.

Cancellation Policies

Based on the official regulations published by the Board of Trustees of the Royal Alcazar of Seville and the Cathedral of Santa María de la Sede of Seville, in its latest revision, issued tickets cannot be returned, cancelled, modified or rescheduled.

Cancellation Conditions

As a consequence of this regulation, the cancellation policies to be taken into account, without exceptions of any kind are:

• If cancellation is made between the day of booking and up to 30 days before the tour, you will be refunded 100% of the amount.
• There will be no refund if cancellation is made 30 days or less before the tour and up to the start time of the visit.
• It is non-refundable if you fail to show up for the visit, arrive late or do not bring the original passport or ID with which the reservation was made.
• Cancellations or modifications may be made in case of a health alert affecting the closure of the monument.

There are no exceptional situations to apply in the cancellation conditions that modify the cancellation and refund criteria indicated in these points.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request total or partial cancellation according to these cancellation policies, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es and we will proceed to cancel and refund according to the date of receipt of said email, as the reference date.

If you have made a reservation in ON HOLD / ON WAITING LIST status, you must take into account the following conditions:

How the Waiting List Works

• If when searching for your visit you notice that there is no availability and it appears as sold out, you can click on the ‘Notify me’ option. In this way, you can register on the waiting list for free. Once we process the list and there is availability, you will receive a notification by message or email. Through the link provided in said message, you can purchase the tickets normally.

Cancellation of the Waiting List

• If you are no longer interested in the visit that is on the waiting list, simply ignore our message. If you wish to cancel your registration on the waiting list, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es indicating that you want to leave the waiting list, along with your name and surname as the holder and the cancellation request.

Important Conditions

• It is important to note that registering on the waiting list does not guarantee entry, as it is subject to availability at the time.
• Once the visit date has passed, you will be automatically removed from the waiting list to avoid future communications related to this reservation.
