Duration

The duration of the visit is approximately 1.5 hours.

Groups

Groups consist of approximately 25 people plus the guide. This is not fixed and may be larger or smaller depending on logistics or any circumstance that exceptionally prevents us from doing so. In no case will they exceed 30 people + guide.

For logistical reasons, availability, or other circumstances, the schedule may vary, and you will be notified in advance of this circumstance. If this occurs, the customer may accept or cancel and receive a 100% refund of the amount, with this contract being voided. If accepted, the initial contracting conditions will be accepted again.

Required Documentation

• It is essential to provide name, surname, and ID / Passport at the time of booking. You can also send your details to the email address customerservice@nhue.es.
• On the day of the visit, you must bring the original identity document that you provided at the time of booking.
• The digital voucher is valid. It does not replace your identity document and is not a ticket.

Before the Visit

• Arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour starts.
• All participants, regardless of age, must have a ticket reservation; otherwise, they will not be allowed access.

During the Visit

• Liquids or food are not allowed inside the monument.
• No special clothing is required.
• The visit will be conducted in a single language, the one selected at the time of purchase, and it will not be possible to modify it under any circumstances.

Accessibility

• The tour is not fully adapted for people with mobility restrictions, so it may not be particularly suitable for people with mobility problems, and we do not recommend it in some cases, as the monument itself is not adapted for wheelchairs, people with crutches, or other types of mobility aids.
• Due to the age of the buildings, strollers are not allowed for this tour. We recommend that parents bring a baby carrier during the visit.

Meeting Point

Go to the meeting point at the Google Maps address:

Look for the fountain in the center of the square and, on one side, among the trees, you will find a statue of John Paul II. Our guide will be waiting for you with a red flag.

Cancellation Policies

According to the official regulations published by the Excmo. Cabildo Catedral de Sevilla, in its latest revision, issued tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, modified, or rescheduled.

Cancellation Conditions

As a result of this regulation, the cancellation policies to be taken into account, without exceptions of any kind, are:

• If the cancellation is made between the day of booking and up to 4 days before the tour, the costs will be €19 per adult.
• No refund will be made if the cancellation occurs 4 days or less before the tour and up to the start time of the visit.
• It is non-refundable if you do not show up for the visit, arrive late, or do not bring the original passport or ID with which the reservation was made.
• Cancellations or modifications may be made in case of a health alert that affects the closure of the monument.

There are no exceptional situations to apply in the cancellation conditions that modify the cancellation and refund criteria indicated in these points.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a total or partial cancellation in accordance with these cancellation policies, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es and we will proceed to cancel and refund according to the date of receipt of said email, as the reference date.

How the Waitlist Works

If when searching for your visit you notice that there is no availability and it appears as sold out, you can click on the ‘Notify me’ option. In this way, you can register on the waiting list for free. Once we process the list and there is availability, you will receive a notification by message or email. Through the link provided in said message, you can purchase the tickets normally.

Waitlist Cancellation

If you are no longer interested in the visit that is on the waiting list, simply ignore our message. If you wish to cancel your registration on the waiting list, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es indicating that you wish to leave the waiting list, along with your name and surname as the holder and the cancellation request.

Important Conditions

• It is important to note that registering on the waiting list does not guarantee entry, as it is subject to availability at the time.
• Once the visit date has passed, you will be automatically removed from the waiting list to avoid future communications related to this reservation.

Please note that this is a monitoring service at no cost to you, which does not guarantee obtaining the ticket as it depends on availability. Very bad and very rude tour operator
Very bad experience, the tour operator is so rude and they didn’t reply to our phone calls.. they charged very high price and all we got for this price was only the tickets which were left over for us with someone outside!!! Little jewel of a tour
Our guide, Chema (hope I wrote it right), was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Everytime me or someone else from the tour asked the ins and outs of this majestic fortress/city, he managed to come up with a little story or fun fact that went along with the information. We would not have learned as much by ourselves if it wasn't for him. There were also brief resting breaks for us to visit the restroom or indulge ourselves in the souvenir shop. Wasn't crowded at all, as there is a limited number of visitors per day. It's a MUST if you come to Spain, in order to gain insight into part of the Andalusian culture. Great German-language Tour!
It was generally definitely worth booking the skip the line pass. Upon arrival, I saw many tourists being turned away from purchasing same day tickets onsite, as tickets were sold out. As for the tour itself: 10/10. Our tour guide Daniel, was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the Alhambra- but tempered this with a wry sense of humor that kept the tour interesting and upbeat. There is simply no comparison between a simple audio Tour via app- and a real, full -fledged local history buff, in terms of experience, clarity, and interaction. Our tour was in German (Daniel is Austrian), and he also speaks English. Spanish and French fluently.
