Duration

The duration of the visit is approximately 75 minutes.

Groups

Groups are approximately 25 people plus the guide. This is not fixed and could be larger or smaller depending on logistics or any circumstance that exceptionally prevents us from doing so. In no case will they exceed 30 people + guide.

For logistical reasons, availability or other circumstances, the schedule could vary, notifying you in advance of this circumstance. If this were to occur in any case, the client may accept or cancel and be refunded 100% of the amount, with this contract being cancelled. If accepted, the initial contracting conditions will be accepted again.

Important Notes

• The digital voucher is valid. It does not replace your ticket
• Presentation at the meeting point 15 min. before the start of the tour
• All participants, regardless of age, must have an entry reservation; otherwise, they will not be allowed access
• Liquids or food cannot be brought inside the monument
• No special clothing is required
• The tour will be conducted in a single language, the one selected at the time of purchase, and it will not be possible to modify it under any circumstances

Accessibility

The tour is not fully adapted for people with mobility restrictions, so it may not be particularly suitable routes for people with mobility problems and we do not recommend it, in some cases. Since the monument itself is not adapted for wheelchairs, people with crutches or other types of mobility aids.

Due to the age of the buildings, strollers are not allowed for this tour. We recommend parents carry a baby carrier during the visit.

Once there, look for a red flag with the text “4U,” which in English is pronounced “for you.” Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Conditions

The cancellation policies to be taken into account, without exceptions of any kind are:

• 100% refund or free rescheduling if cancellation is made up to 7 days before the tour
• 65% refund if cancellation is made between 7 and 2 days before the tour
• No refund or rescheduling if cancelled 2 days or less before the tour and up to the start time of the visit
• It is non-refundable not to show up for the visit and arrive late
• Cancellations or modifications may be made in case of a health alert affecting the closure of the monument

There are no exceptional situations to apply in the cancellation conditions that modify the cancellation and refund criteria indicated in these points.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request total or partial cancellation in accordance with these cancellation policies, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es and we will proceed to cancel and refund according to the date of receipt of said email, as the reference date.

How the Waiting List Works

If when searching for your visit you notice that there is no availability and it appears as sold out, you can click on the ‘Notify me’ option. In this way, you can register on the waiting list for free. Once we go through the list and there is availability, you will receive a notification by message or email. Through the link provided in said message, you can purchase the tickets normally.

Cancellation of the Waiting List

If you are no longer interested in the visit that is on the waiting list, simply ignore our message. If you wish to cancel your registration on the waiting list, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es indicating that you wish to leave the waiting list, along with your first and last name as the holder and the cancellation request.

Important Conditions

• It is important to note that registering on the waiting list does not guarantee entry, as it is subject to availability at the time
• Once the visit date has passed, you will be automatically removed from the waiting list to avoid future communications related to this reservation
