Duration

• The duration of the visit is approximately 5 hours.

Groups

• Groups consist of approximately 30 people plus the guide. This is not fixed and may vary based on logistics or any circumstances that prevent it from being so exceptionally. In no case will it exceed 30 people + guide.
• For logistical reasons, availability, or other circumstances, the schedule may vary, notifying you in advance of this circumstance. If this occurs, the customer may accept or cancel and receive a 100% refund, thus canceling this contract. If accepted, the initial contracting conditions will apply again.

Important Notes

• It is essential to provide your name, surname, and ID/Passport at the time of booking. You may also send your details to the email address customerservice@nhue.es.
• On the day of the visit, you must bring the original identity document you provided when making the reservation.
• The digital voucher is valid. It does not replace your identity document and is not an entry ticket.
• Presentation at the meeting point 15 min. before the start of the tour.
• All participants, regardless of age, must have a reserved entry; otherwise, they will not be allowed access.
• No liquids or food may be brought into the monument.
• No special clothing is required. However, please dress appropriately in places of worship.
• The tour is not fully adapted for people with mobility restrictions, so it may not be particularly suitable for people with mobility issues, and we do not recommend it in some cases. The monument itself is not adapted for wheelchairs, crutches, or other mobility aids.
• Due to the age of the buildings, strollers are not allowed on this tour. We recommend that parents bring a baby carrier during the visit.
• The visit will be conducted in a single language, the one selected at the time of purchase, and it will not be possible to modify it under any circumstances.

Meeting Point

This product consists of 2 parts, as it involves 2 independent visits:

Cathedral and Royal Chapel:

• Google Maps: Plaza Isabel La Católica, behind the monument, in front of the hotel entrance, 18009 Granada. Look for our team at this address. Provide them with your name, and they will add you to the list.

Alhambra and Generalife:

• Google Maps: Paseo del Generalife 1F, 18009 Granada. Look for our team members at this address, at the main entrance next to the ticket offices. They will have a white umbrella open and resting on the ground.

Cancellation Policies

Based on the official regulations published in the BOJA by the Patronato de la Alhambra and Generalife, implemented on 1/5/2020, once tickets are issued, they cannot be canceled, modified, or rescheduled.

As a result of this regulation, the cancellation policies to be considered, without exceptions of any kind, are:

1. If the cancellation is made between the day of booking and up to 45 days before the tour, the costs will be €45 per adult.
2. No refund will be given if the cancellation is made 45 days or less before the tour and up to the start time of the visit.
3. No refund will be given for no-shows, arriving late, or not bringing the original passport or ID with which the reservation was made.
4. Cancellations or modifications may be made in case of a health alert affecting the closure of the monument.

No exceptional situations apply to the cancellation conditions that modify the criteria for cancellation and refund indicated in these points.

To request a total or partial cancellation according to these cancellation policies, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es, and the cancellation and refund will proceed according to the date of receipt of that email as the reference date.

VERY IMPORTANT: REQUEST FOR INCLUSION ON WAITING LIST

If you have made a reservation in a ON HOLD/WAITING LIST situation, you should consider the following conditions:

1. If you search for your visit and see that there is no availability and it appears as sold out, you can click on the ‘Notify me’ option. This way, you can sign up for the waiting list for free. Once we move to the list and there is availability, you will receive a notification by message or email. Through the link provided in that message, you will be able to purchase the tickets normally.
2. If you are no longer interested in the visit that is on the waiting list, simply ignore our message. If you wish to cancel your registration on the waiting list, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es indicating that you wish to exit the waiting list, along with your name and surname as the holder and the cancellation request.
3. It is important to note that signing up for the waiting list does not guarantee entry, as it is subject to the existing availability at the time.
4. Once the date of the visit has passed, you will be automatically removed from the waiting list to avoid future communications related to this reservation.
