• The duration of the tour is approximately 2 hours

Groups

• Small groups consist of approximately 8 people plus the guide.
• The tour will be conducted in a single language, selected at the time of purchase, and it will not be possible to change this under any circumstances.
• For logistical reasons, availability, or other circumstances, the schedule may vary. In such cases, you will be notified in advance. If this happens, the customer may accept or cancel and receive a 100% refund, thereby annulling this contract. If accepted, the initial booking conditions will be reinstated.

Important Notes

• The digital voucher is valid. It does not replace your entry ticket.
• Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour.
• All participants, regardless of age, must have a reserved entry ticket; otherwise, they will not be allowed access.
• Liquids or food are not allowed inside the monument.
• No special clothing is required.
• The tour is not fully adapted for people with mobility restrictions, so it may not be particularly suitable for individuals with mobility issues, and we do not recommend it in some cases. This is because the monument itself is not adapted for wheelchairs, crutches, or other types of mobility aids.
• Due to the age of the buildings, strollers are not allowed on this tour. We recommend that parents use a baby carrier during the visit.
• The tour will be conducted in a single language, selected at the time of purchase, and it will not be possible to change it under any circumstances.

Meeting Point

• Google Maps: Pl. de Isabel II, Centro, 28013 Madrid, Spain.
• Meet outside the “Ópera” metro station, in Plaza de Isabel II (commonly known as “Plaza de Ópera”). Do not go directly to the Royal Palace.
• Once at the location, look for a red flag with the text “4U”, which is pronounced “for you” in English.
• Once your group has gathered, your guide will give you an introductory presentation as you walk through Plaza de Oriente before reaching the Royal Palace.

Cancellation Policies

The cancellation policies to be considered, without any exceptions, are as follows:

1. 100% refund or free rescheduling if cancellation is made up to 30 days before the tour.
2. No refund or rescheduling if cancellation is made 30 days or less before the tour and up until the start time of the visit.
3. No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations or modifications can be made in case of a health alert that results in the closure of the monument.

There are no exceptional situations that apply to the cancellation conditions to modify the cancellation and refund criteria indicated in these points.

To request a total or partial cancellation in accordance with these cancellation policies, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es, and the cancellation and refund will be processed based on the date of receipt of said email as the reference date.

1. VERY IMPORTANT: WAITLIST INCLUSION REQUESTIf you have made a reservation in an ON HOLD/WAITLIST status, you should take the following conditions into account:
   1. If, when searching for your visit, you see that there is no availability and it appears as sold out, you can click on the ‘Notify me’ option. This way, you can sign up for the waiting list free of charge. Once we process the list and availability arises, you will receive a notification by message or email. Through the link provided in that message, you will be able to purchase the tickets as usual.
   2. If you are no longer interested in the visit on the waiting list, simply ignore our message. If you wish to cancel your registration on the waiting list, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es indicating that you wish to be removed from the waiting list, along with your full name as the reservation holder and the cancellation request.
   3. It is important to note that signing up for the waiting list does not guarantee entry, as it is subject to existing availability at the time.
   4. Once the date of the visit has passed, you will be automatically removed from the waiting list to avoid future communications related to this reservation.
