Duration

• The duration of the visit is approximately 3 hours.

Groups

• General groups are about 30 people plus the guide. This is not fixed and may be smaller depending on logistics or any circumstances that may prevent it from being so exceptionally. In no case will it exceed 30 people + guide.
• The visit will be conducted in a single language, the one selected at the time of purchase, and it will not be possible to modify this under any circumstances.
• For logistical reasons, availability, or other circumstances, the schedule may vary, notifying you in advance of this circumstance. If this occurs, the customer may accept or cancel and receive a full refund, thus canceling this contract. If accepted, the initial contracting conditions will be accepted again.

Important Notes

• It is essential to provide your first name, last name, and ID/Passport at the time of booking. You can also send your details to the email address customerservice@nhue.es.
• On the day of the visit, you must bring the original identity document you provided at the time of booking.
• The digital voucher is valid. It does not replace your identity document and is not an entry ticket.
• Presentation at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour begins.
• All participants, regardless of age, must have a reservation; otherwise, they will not be allowed access.
• No liquids or food are allowed inside the monument.
• No special clothing is required.
• The tour is not fully adapted for people with mobility restrictions, so it may not be particularly suitable for individuals with mobility issues, and we do not recommend it in some cases. The monument itself is not adapted for wheelchairs, crutches, or other mobility aids.
• Due to the age of the buildings, strollers are not permitted on this tour. We recommend parents carry a baby carrier during the visit.

Cancellation Policies

Based on the official regulations published in the BOJA by the Alhambra and Generalife Board, effective from 1/5/2020, once tickets are issued, they cannot be canceled, modified, or rescheduled.

As a consequence of this regulation, the cancellation policies to be considered, without any exceptions, are:

1. If the cancellation is made between the day of booking and up to 45 days before the tour, the costs will be €39 per adult.
2. There will be no refund if the cancellation is made 45 days or less before the tour and up to the start time of the visit.
3. No refund will be given for not showing up for the visit, arriving late, or not bringing the original passport or ID used for the reservation.
4. Cancellations or modifications can be made in the event of a health alert affecting the closure of the monument.

There are no exceptional situations that apply to the cancellation conditions that modify the criteria for cancellation and refund indicated in these points.

To request total or partial cancellation according to these cancellation policies, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es and the cancellation will proceed according to the date of receipt of that email as the reference date.

VERY IMPORTANT: REQUEST FOR INCLUSION IN THE WAITING LIST

If you have made a reservation in a situation of ON HOLD/WAITING LIST, you should consider the following conditions:

1. If when searching for your visit you see that there is no availability and it appears as sold out, you can click on the ‘Notify me’ option. This way, you can register on the waiting list for free. Once we move to the list and availability arises, you will receive a notification via message or email. Through the link provided in that message, you will be able to purchase the tickets normally.
2. If you are no longer interested in the visit that is on the waiting list, simply ignore our message. If you wish to cancel your registration on the waiting list, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es indicating that you wish to exit the waiting list, along with your full name as the holder and the cancellation request.
3. It is important to note that registering on the waiting list does not guarantee entry, as it is subject to existing availability at the time.
4. Once the date of the visit has passed, you will be automatically removed from the waiting list to avoid future communications related to this reservation.
