Duration

The visit lasts approximately 1.5 hours.

Groups

• Groups consist of approximately 25 people plus the guide. This is not fixed and may be larger or smaller depending on logistics or exceptional circumstances that prevent us from doing so. In no case will they exceed 30 people + guide.
• For logistical reasons, availability, or other circumstances, the schedule may vary, and you will be notified in advance. If this occurs, the client may accept or cancel and receive a 100% refund, thereby nullifying this contract. If accepted, the initial contracting conditions will be accepted again.

Important notes.

• The digital voucher is valid. It does not replace your identification document and is not an entrance ticket.
• Arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour starts.
• All participants, regardless of age, must have an entry reservation; otherwise, they will not be allowed access.
• Liquids and food are not allowed inside the monument.
• No special clothing is required.
• The tour is not fully adapted for people with mobility restrictions, so it may not be especially suitable for people with mobility problems, and we do not recommend it in some cases. Since the monument itself is not adapted for wheelchairs, people with crutches, or other types of mobility aids.
• Due to the age of the buildings, strollers are not permitted for this tour. We recommend that parents bring a baby carrier during the visit.
• The visit will be conducted in a single language, the one selected at the time of purchase, and it will not be possible to modify it under any circumstances.

Meeting point

• Go to the meeting point at the Google Maps address: Pl. Virgen de los Reyes, 4, Casco Antiguo, 41004 Seville, Spain. Look for the fountain in the center of the square, and on one side, among the trees, you will find a statue of Pope John Paul II. Our guide will be waiting for you holding a small red flag. Give them your name and they will check it on the list.

Cancellation policy

According to the official regulations published by the Most Excellent Cathedral Chapter of Seville, in its latest revision, issued tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, modified, or rescheduled.

As a consequence of this regulation, the cancellation policies to be taken into account, without exceptions of any kind, are:

1. If the cancellation is made between the reservation date and up to 4 days before the tour, the costs will be €26 per adult.
2. No refund will be made if the cancellation occurs 4 days or less before the tour and up to the start time of the visit.
3. Cancellations or modifications may be made in case of a health alert affecting the closure of the monument.

There are no exceptional situations to apply to the cancellation conditions that modify the cancellation and refund criteria indicated in these points.

To request total or partial cancellation in accordance with these cancellation policies, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es and we will proceed to cancel and refund according to the date of receipt of said email, as the reference date.

VERY IMPORTANT: WAITLIST REGISTRATION REQUEST

If you have made a reservation in ON HOLD/WAITLIST status, you must take into account the following conditions:

1. If when searching for your visit you notice there is no availability and it appears as sold out, you can click on the ‘Notify me’ option. This way, you can register on the waitlist for free. Once we process the list and there is availability, you will receive a notification by message or email. Through the link provided in that message, you can purchase the tickets normally.
2. If you are no longer interested in the visit that is on the waitlist, simply ignore our message. If you wish to cancel your waitlist registration, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es indicating that you wish to leave the waitlist, along with your first and last name as the holder and the cancellation request.
3. It is important to note that registering on the waitlist does not guarantee entry, as it is subject to availability at the time.
4. Once the visit date has passed, you will be automatically removed from the waitlist to avoid future communications related to this reservation.

Please note that this is a monitoring service at no cost to you, which does not guarantee obtaining the ticket as it depends on availability. Furthermore, this service does not imply any obligation on the part of Nhue Concierge.
