Duration

• The duration of the visit is approximately 2.5 hours

Groups

• Groups are approximately 25 people plus the guide. This is not fixed and could be larger or smaller depending on logistics or some circumstance that would prevent us from doing so exceptionally. In no case will they exceed 30 people + guide.
• For logistical reasons, availability or other circumstances, the schedule could vary, notifying you in advance of this circumstance. If this were to occur in any case, the client may accept or cancel and be refunded 100% of the amount, with this contract being voided. If accepted, the initial contracting conditions will be accepted again.

Important notes

• The digital voucher is valid.
• Presentation at the meeting point 15 min. before the start of the tour
• All participants, regardless of age, must have an entry reservation; otherwise, they will not be allowed access.
• No special clothing is required.
• The tour is not adapted for people with mobility restrictions, so these are not routes especially suitable for people with mobility problems and we do not recommend it. Since the Albaicín and Sacromonte neighborhoods themselves are not adapted for wheelchairs, people with crutches or other types of mobility aids.
• Due to the great slope between its streets, strollers are not allowed for this tour. We recommend parents bring a baby carrier during the visit.
• The visit will be conducted in a single language, the one selected at the time of purchase, and it will not be possible to modify it under any circumstances.

• Google Maps: Plaza Isabel La Católica, behind the monument, in front of the hotel entrance, 18009 Granada.
• Look for our team at this address. Provide them with your name and they will check it on the list.

Cancellation policies

1. If the cancellation is made between the day of booking and up to 2 days before the tour, 100% refund.
2. There will be no refund if the cancellation is made 2 days or less before the tour and until the start time of the visit.
3. It is non-refundable to not show up for the visit or arrive late.

There are no exceptional situations to apply in the cancellation conditions that modify the cancellation and refund criteria indicated in these points.

To request total or partial cancellation according to these cancellation policies you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es and we will proceed to cancel and refund according to the date of receipt of said email, as reference date.

VERY IMPORTANT: REQUEST FOR INCLUSION ON WAITING LIST

If you have made a reservation in ON HOLD/ ON WAITING LIST situation you must take into account the following conditions:

1. If when searching for your visit you observe that there is no availability and it appears as sold out, you can click on the ‘Notify me’ option. In this way, you can register on the waiting list for free. Once we go to the list and there is availability, you will receive a notice by message or email. Through the link provided in said message, you can purchase the tickets normally.
2. If you are no longer interested in the visit that is on the waiting list, simply ignore our message. If you wish to cancel your registration on the waiting list, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es indicating that you wish to leave the waiting list, along with your name and surname as holder and the cancellation request.
3. It is important to note that registering on the waiting list does not guarantee entry, as it is subject to availability at the time.
4. Once the visit date has passed, you will be automatically removed from the waiting list to avoid future communications related to this reservation.

Please note that this is a monitoring service at no cost to you, which does not guarantee obtaining the ticket as it depends on availability. Furthermore, this service does not imply any obligation on the part of Nhue Concierge. In case there is availability, it will be you who must make the purchase directly from the link that will be provided to you, since you are aware that we do not have the requested tickets at the time of making the request and therefore, at that time we cannot guarantee anything.

Very bad and very rude tour operator
Very bad experience, the tour operator is so rude and they didn’t reply to our phone calls.. they charged very high price and all we got for this price was only the tickets which were left over for us with someone outside!!! Little jewel of a tour
Our guide, Chema (hope I wrote it right), was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Everytime me or someone else from the tour asked the ins and outs of this majestic fortress/city, he managed to come up with a little story or fun fact that went along with the information. We would not have learned as much by ourselves if it wasn't for him. There were also brief resting breaks for us to visit the restroom or indulge ourselves in the souvenir shop. Wasn't crowded at all, as there is a limited number of visitors per day. It's a MUST if you come to Spain, in order to gain insight into part of the Andalusian culture. Great German-language Tour!
It was generally definitely worth booking the skip the line pass. Upon arrival, I saw many tourists being turned away from purchasing same day tickets onsite, as tickets were sold out. As for the tour itself: 10/10. Our tour guide Daniel, was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the Alhambra- but tempered this with a wry sense of humor that kept the tour interesting and upbeat. There is simply no comparison between a simple audio Tour via app- and a real, full -fledged local history buff, in terms of experience, clarity, and interaction. Our tour was in German (Daniel is Austrian), and he also speaks English. Spanish and French fluently.
