Duration

• The duration of the visit is approximately 4 and a half hours.

Groups

• Regular groups consist of approximately 30 people plus the guide. This is not fixed and may vary depending on logistics or exceptional circumstances. In no case will the group exceed 30 people plus the guide.
• For logistical, availability, or other reasons, the schedule may change. You will be notified of this in advance. If this occurs, the customer may accept or cancel and receive a 100% refund, thereby canceling the contract. If accepted, the initial terms of the contract will apply again.

Important Notes

• The digital voucher is valid. It is not an entry ticket.
• Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour starts.
• All participants, regardless of age, must have a reservation; otherwise, they will not be allowed entry.
• No liquids or food are allowed inside the monument.
• No special clothing is required. However, please dress respectfully in places of worship.
• The tour is not fully adapted for people with mobility restrictions, and it may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues. We do not recommend it in some cases, as the monument itself is not adapted for wheelchairs, crutches, or other mobility aids.
• Due to the age of the buildings, strollers are not allowed on this tour. We recommend parents use a baby carrier during the visit.
• The visit will be conducted in a single language, as selected at the time of purchase, and it will not be possible to change it under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policies

The cancellation policies to be considered, without any exceptions, are as follows:

1. If the cancellation is made between the booking day and up to 3 days before the tour, a 100% refund will be issued.
2. No refund will be issued if you cancel less than 3 days before the start of the tour.
3. Failure to show up for the tour or arriving late is non-refundable.
4. Cancellations or modifications can be made in case of a health alert affecting the closure of the monument.

No exceptional situations will apply to the cancellation conditions that modify the stated cancellation and refund criteria.

To request a total or partial cancellation in accordance with these cancellation policies, please send an email to customerservice@nhue.es, and the cancellation and refund will be processed based on the date of receipt of said email as the reference date.

If you have made a reservation in an ON HOLD/WAITLIST situation, please consider the following conditions:

1. If you see that your visit is unavailable and appears as sold out, you can click on the ‘Notify Me’ option. This way, you can register on the waitlist for free. Once your spot becomes available, you will receive a notification via message or email. Using the link provided in the message, you can purchase the tickets as usual.
2. If you are no longer interested in the visit on the waitlist, simply ignore our message. If you wish to cancel your waitlist registration, please send an email to customerservice@nhue.es, including your full name as the reservation holder and a cancellation request.
3. Please note that registering on the waitlist does not guarantee entry, as it is subject to availability at the time.
4. Once the visit date has passed, you will automatically be removed from the waitlist to avoid future communications regarding this reservation.
