The duration of the visit is approximately 75 minutes.

Regular groups consist of approximately 30 people plus the guide. In no case will they exceed 30 people + guide.

Important Notes

• The digital voucher is valid. It is not an entrance ticket.
• Presentation at the meeting point 15 min. before the start of the tour.
• All participants, regardless of age, must have an entrance reservation; otherwise, they will not be allowed access.
• Liquids or food cannot be brought inside the monument.
• No special clothing is required. But be modest in places of worship.
• The tour is not fully adapted for people with mobility restrictions, so it may not be a particularly suitable tour for people with mobility problems, and we do not recommend it in some cases. Since the monument itself is not adapted for wheelchairs, people with crutches, or other types of mobility aids.
• Due to the age of the buildings, strollers are not allowed for this tour. We recommend parents bring a baby carrier during the visit.
• The visit will be conducted in only one language, the one selected at the time of purchase, and it will not be possible to modify it under any circumstances.

Meeting point: Avenida Gaudí, 1, next to the modernist streetlamp (a tall streetlamp with a stone base), in front of the back of the Sagrada Familia, on the Avenida Gaudí side. It is located between the KFC restaurant and the Hard Rock store.

Once there, look for a red flag with the text “4U,” which in English means “for you.”

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Conditions

The cancellation policies to be taken into account, without exceptions of any kind, are:

• If the cancellation is made between the day of booking and up to 1 day before the tour, 100% refund.
• There will be no refund if the cancellation is made 24 hours or less before the tour and up to the start time of the visit.
• It is non-refundable if you do not show up for the visit or arrive late.

There are no exceptional situations to apply in the cancellation conditions that modify the cancellation and refund criteria indicated in these points.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a total or partial cancellation according to these cancellation policies, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es and the cancellation and refund will be processed according to the date of receipt of said email, as the reference date.

How the Waiting List Works

If when searching for your visit you notice that there is no availability and it appears as sold out, you can click on the ‘Notify me’ option. In this way, you can register on the waiting list for free. Once we review the list and there is availability, you will receive a notification by message or email. Through the link provided in that message, you can purchase the tickets normally.

Cancellation of the Waiting List

If you are no longer interested in the visit that is on the waiting list, simply ignore our message. If you wish to cancel your registration on the waiting list, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es indicating that you wish to leave the waiting list, along with your name and surname as the holder and the cancellation request.

Important Conditions

• It is important to note that registering on the waiting list does not guarantee entry, as it is subject to availability at the time.
• Once the visit date has passed, you will be automatically removed from the waiting list to avoid future communications related to this reservation.
