Required Documentation

• It is essential to provide name, surname and ID / Passport at the time of booking. You can also send your details to the email address customerservice@nhue.es.
• On the day of the visit, you must bring the original identity document that you provided at the time of booking.
• The digital voucher is valid. It does not replace your identity document and is not a ticket.

Before the Visit

• Arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour starts.
• All participants, regardless of age, must have a ticket reservation; otherwise, they will not be allowed access.

During the Visit

• No liquids or food are allowed inside the monument.
• No special clothing is required. However, dress modestly in places of worship.
• The visit will be conducted in a single language, the one selected at the time of purchase, and it will not be possible to modify it under any circumstances.

Accessibility

• The tour is not fully adapted for people with mobility restrictions, so it may not be especially suitable for people with mobility problems and we do not recommend it in some cases. Since the monument itself is not adapted for wheelchairs, people with crutches or other types of mobility aids.
• Due to the age of the buildings, strollers are not allowed for this tour. We recommend parents bring a baby carrier during the visit.

Alhambra and Generalife:

Go to the meeting point at the Google Maps address:

Go to Paseo del Generalife 1F, 18009 Granada.

Look for our team members at this address, at the main entrance next to the ticket offices. They will have a white umbrella open and resting on the ground.

Cancellation Policies

Based on the official regulations published in the BOJA by the Board of Trustees of the Alhambra and Generalife, implemented on 1/5/2020, once tickets are issued they cannot be cancelled, modified or rescheduled.

Cancellation Conditions

As a consequence of this regulation, the cancellation policies to be taken into account, without exceptions of any kind, are:

• If cancellation is made between the day of booking and up to 45 days before the tour, the costs will be €45 per adult.
• There will be no refund if cancellation is made 45 days or less before the tour and up to the start time of the visit.
• No-shows, arriving late or not bringing the original passport or ID with which the reservation was made are non-refundable.
• Cancellations or modifications may be made in case of a health alert affecting the closure of the monument.

There are no exceptional situations to apply in the cancellation conditions that modify the cancellation and refund criteria indicated in these points.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request total or partial cancellation in accordance with these cancellation policies, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es and we will proceed to cancel and refund according to the date of receipt of said email, as the reference date.

How the Waiting List Works

If when searching for your visit you notice that there is no availability and it appears as sold out, you can click on the ‘Notify me’ option. This way, you can register on the waiting list for free. Once we go through the list and there is availability, you will receive a notification by message or email. Through the link provided in that message, you will be able to purchase the tickets normally.

Cancellation of the Waiting List

If you are no longer interested in the visit that is on the waiting list, simply ignore our message. If you wish to cancel your registration on the waiting list, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es indicating that you wish to leave the waiting list, along with your name and surname as the holder and the cancellation request.

Important Conditions

• It is important to note that registering on the waiting list does not guarantee entry, as it is subject to availability at the time.
• Once the visit date has passed, you will be automatically removed from the waiting list to avoid future communications related to this reservation.
