   The duration of the visit is approximately 2.5 hours.

   Groups

   • For logistical reasons, availability, or other circumstances, the schedule may vary, notifying you in advance of this circumstance. If this occurs, the client may accept or cancel and receive a 100% refund, rendering this contract void. If accepted, the initial contracting conditions will be reapplied.

   Important Notes.

   • The digital voucher is valid.
   • Presentation at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour.
   • All participants, regardless of age, must have a reservation; otherwise, access will be denied.
   • No special clothing is required.
   • The tour is not adapted for people with mobility restrictions, so it is not particularly suitable for people with mobility issues, and we do not recommend it. The neighborhoods of Albaicín and Sacromonte are not adapted for wheelchairs, crutches, or other mobility aids.
   • Due to the steep gradients between its streets, strollers are not allowed on this tour. We recommend that parents bring a baby carrier during the visit.
   • The visit will be conducted in a single language, the one selected at the time of purchase, and it will not be possible to change it under any circumstances.

   Cancellation Policy

   1. If cancellation is made between the day of booking and up to 2 days before the tour, a 100% refund will be issued.
   2. No refund will be given if cancellation is made 2 days or less before the tour and up to the start time of the visit.
   3. No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable.

   No exceptional situations apply in the cancellation conditions that modify the cancellation and refund criteria indicated in these points.

    

   To request total or partial cancellation in accordance with these cancellation policies, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es, and the cancellation and refund will proceed according to the date of receipt of said email as the reference date.

   VERY IMPORTANT: WAITLIST INCLUSION REQUEST

   If you have made a reservation in a ON HOLD / WAITLIST situation, you must consider the following conditions:

   1. If when checking for your visit you see that there is no availability and it appears as sold out, you can click on the ‘Notify me’ option. This way, you can register on the waitlist for free. Once we move to the list and availability arises, you will receive a notification via message or email. Through the link provided in that message, you will be able to purchase tickets normally.
   2. If you are no longer interested in the visit that is on the waitlist, simply ignore our message. If you wish to cancel your registration on the waitlist, you must send an email to customerservice@nhue.es indicating that you wish to leave the waitlist, along with your full name as the holder and the cancellation request.
   3. It is important to note that registering on the waitlist does not guarantee entry, as it is subject to availability at the time.
   4. Once the date of the visit has passed, you will be automatically removed from the waitlist to avoid future communications related to this reservation.
